At Pixelrise, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our services are digital and delivered instantly or progressively, all sales are generally final.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:
The order was not delivered at all
The service could not be started due to a technical issue on our side
You provided the correct username/link and nothing was delivered
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect username or link provided by the customer
Private accounts, restricted accounts, or content removed during delivery
Delays caused by platform updates or temporary limitations
Orders already delivered partially or fully
Change of mind after purchase
Order Issues / Refill
If your order is incomplete or stops early, contact us and we will review it.
In some cases, we may offer a refill or replacement instead of a refund.
